I had wanted to run all weekend but the weather and my lack of motivation kept me from doing so…until Sunday night. The weather wasn’t bad and I finally got enough motivation to head outside for a short run. I ran the loop twice for a distance of about 4.4 miles. My time for the evening was 38:12 which is really quite fast for me. I can’t say that I wasn’t trying for a good time but I wasn’t killing myself for speed either. It felt good to get out there and run on the weekend. I don’t often formally excercise on the weekend.
