Exercise Is Good For You Mmmkay

I hate to post about  a summary of a study since I’m just further diluting the useful information that study gleaned but I’m going to do it anyhow.

The study looked at 262 sedentary people with type II diabetes  (conveniently that is 10x the number of miles in a marathon).  There were apparently four groups: 1) those that remained sedentary 2) those that did aerobic exercise, and 3) those that did resistance training, and 4) those that did both.

They found improved glycemic levels in only those that did both aerobic and resistance training.
