I did another hard workout last night and once again I survived when I was sure I wouldn’t. Surviving was more difficult this week than last. Either way it’s going to be nice to ease back on training for a few weeks. Goofy’s is in a little over three weeks so this is the last week of serious training.
I think I’ll cut out 8-10 miles each week. I’ll try to keep the intensity up but decrease volume a bit.
