This blog is like the hordes of other blogs from runners.  I have no delusions of grandeur.  This exists as a journal for me to document my obsession: running.

Many of the posts, particularly the early ones were just about me.  That’s interesting to exactly one person: me.  I’ve shifted away from that, though I still post about me, and post about anything I feel like as long as it has some relation to running or health.
